Panathinaikos clinched the win in the Game 7 derby, essentially taking PAOK out of the title race.
The Greens eluded Dikefalos by seven points while there are three games remaining in the men’s Volley League Championship final.
Olympiacos defeated fighter Milon 3-1, while Finikas Syros beat Kifissia 3-0 to move back into third place.
