Arnaldo Benitez, a 43-year-old Paraguayan, died after celebrating a victory in a volleyball match with his friends.
Three police officers arrived at the scene and found the man unconscious. The police officer began to bandage the head wound, and his colleague began performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
