The Single Court of First Instance of Athens rejected Kerkis Samos’ request to suspend the start of the Volleyleague and Pre-League Championships.

The request of Mr AS Kerkis Marathokampou Samos to suspend the start of the volleyleague and pre-league championships.

We remind you that the Samos Association took this action to protest against not being granted a wildcard to participate in the first league after the dissolution of AEK.

The Single Court of First Instance in Athens rejected his request, but the Samos club is also expected to appeal to ASEAD.

The relevant information in detail: “By decision of the Single Court of First Instance of Athens (procedures for insurance measures), the request for an interim injunction from the association AS Kerkis Marathokampou Samos was REJECTED against ESAP and EOPE, with which the Samos union requested, among other things, the suspension of the start of the Volleyleague and Pre-League championships.

ESAP was legally represented by Christos Iliadis, EOPE by Christos Grolios and the ESAP unions outside Pigasos Polichnis (due to incompatibility, Christos Iliadis was represented by George Dionas).
