Exclusion of AS Corfu from the 2023-24 Men’s Pre-League Championship
The board of directors The EOPE decided on the exclusion of AS Kerkis from the men’s pre-league and its relegation to the A2.
The corresponding announcement in detail: “The Board of the Hellenic Volleyball Federation at the meeting of November 7, 2023, after considering:
A) that the men’s team of the AS Kerkis club was not present at the game on the 1st matchday of the men’s preliminary league APSF HEPHAISTOS -AS KERKIS on March 11, 2023
B) Article 23 paragraphs 2 and 4 of the General Provisions for the Organization and Conduct of Championships
C) Article 1 paragraph e of Special Notice No. 2844/10.8.2023 of the Men’s Pre-League Championship 2023-2024,
has decided to exclude the men’s team of AS Kerkis from the men’s pre-league championship 2023-2024 and relegation to the national men’s category A2 2024-2025 in accordance with Article 23 paragraph 3 of the General Provisions for the Organization and Conduct of Championships Article 1 Paragraph e of the No. 1 Special Proclamation of the Men’s Preliminary League.
