Aris – Olympiakos 1-3: The red and white will also defend their title in the final
Olympiakos defeated Aris 3-1 indoors in Mikra, making it 2/2 and qualifying for the final of the Women’s Volley League where they will meet Panathinaikos.
The title of favorite was confirmed by Olympiacos, who beat Aris 3-0 in Mikra and qualified for the Women’s Volley League final where she will face Panathinaikos.
In the first two sets, the red and white managed a similar conquest. From an early age, they were able to make a difference through their service, and then Aris could no longer make her claim. Somehow Olympiacos easily made it 2-0 and won 25-15 and 25-14.
On the contrary, in the third set Aris didn’t give up, although Olympiakos was in the lead from the start, and for the first time this year managed to win a set against the red-whites with 28:26.
In the fourth set Olympiakos was also the one who had the reins from the start, despite Aris’ counterattack at the end he held on to end the match 21-25.
