PAOK men’s volleyball: Dikephalos makes his debut against Mladost
This year’s PAOK European adventure in men’s volleyball begins in Zagreb, where they will face Mladost on Wednesday evening (22/11, 8:00 p.m.).
PAOK’s European campaign in the CEV Cup of the 2023/24 season begins on Wednesday (November 22nd, 8:00 p.m.) from the Dom Odbojke Bojan Stranic in Zagreb.
The PAOK team is in Zagreb and the team’s coach, Josko Milenkowski, will do everything to exploit the squad’s full potential in order to achieve a positive result and take the first step towards qualification.
Croatian Mladost Zagreb, who will host PAOK, is a pioneer in the Croatian league, but did not get off to a good start in the MEVZA league, suffering two defeats.
For the championship she defeated Mladost Ribola Castella 3-1 sets and maintained her unbeaten streak. In 7 games it has 14 points and is in first place, while Mladost Ribola Castella has 12 and is in 2nd place together with Centrometal.
It is coached by Ratko Peris and has five foreigners in the squad. They are the Slovakian passer Samuel Gots, the Slovakian winger Lukas Smalley, the Montenegrin center Blazo Milic, the Austrian cross Clemens Esker and the Bosnian center Tiomic Gaits.
