Belogorye interrupted the 15-match winning streak of Zenit Kazan in the Super League

Belgorod “Belogorye” defeated Kazan “Zenith” in the match of the 20th round of the Russian Volleyball Championship among men’s teams.
The meeting in Kazan ended with a score of 3–0 (33:31, 25:23, 25:19) in favor of the guests.
Alexey Verbov’s team suffered their first defeat in the last 16 matches of the Super League; in November, the Kazan team also lost to Belogorye.
Zenit continues to lead the standings with 51 points, Belogorye (42) is fourth.
