Former coach of Lokomotiv Kaliningrad Radoslav Arsov said that he would be interested in working in the Bulgarian national team.
Last season, Lokomotiv won silver medals in the Russian Championship, losing to Dynamo Kazan in the final series – 2-3. At the end of the season, Bulgarian specialist Arsov left the post of head coach of Lokomotiv for family reasons.
– I already have an offer from the best team in the country – Levski Sofia. The project concerns young players who will soon be in the national team. This is what I did at Lokomotiv-2. And the club has a desire for the players to rise and grow with my help for the future prospect of playing in the Bulgarian national team. I really liked this approach, and I accepted this offer as responsibly as I once accepted a similar one at Lokomotiv. Because there are also young players there, with whom I will also work. And this is a prospect for the future.
Maybe there will be an opportunity to take the Bulgarian national team in a year or two and continue working with these players. This would be very, very interesting for me. I always dreamed of one day leading the women’s team and working there. In addition, “Levski” will play in the European Cup next season – this tournament will add experience to my career and will help the players raise their level,” “Championship” quotes Arsov as saying.
