Dynamo women’s volleyball players nearly missed out on victory over Uralochka in the Legends Cup match

Moscow Dynamo beat Uralochka-NTMK from Sverdlovsk region in the first round match of the Legends Cup among women’s volleyball teams.
The meeting took place in Yekaterinburg. The Moscow club won with a score of 3–2 (25:20, 25:19, 20:25, 21:25, 15:10). The two opening games ended in favor of Dynamo, but the team achieved the final success only in the tie-break.
Dynamo and Uralochka play in Group A together with Dynamo-Metar (Chelyabinsk) and Dynamo-Ak Bars (Kazan). In the next match, the Moscow club will play against the Kazan volleyball players, Uralochka – against the Chelyabinsk team. The first round in Group A will last until August 28. The second round matches will be held in Kazan.
The teams that take the first two places in their groups will play in the Final Four. The prize fund of the Legends Cup is 10 million rubles, the tournament is part of the Russian Cup and will end in October.
