Kazan “Zenit” defeated “Lokomotiv” and reached the final of the Russian Volleyball Cup
Kazan “Zenit” defeated Novosibirsk “Lokomotiv” in the second match of the semi-final of the Russian Volleyball Cup.
The meeting in Kazan ended with a score of 3–1 (30:28, 25:19, 20:25, 25:19). In the first game, Alexey Verbov’s team defeated Lokomotiv in three sets.
In the Russian Cup final, Zenit will play against Dynamo Moscow. The decisive match of the tournament will take place on December 28.
Zenit is a 12-time winner of the Russian Cup, Dynamo has won the tournament three times.
