All pairs of the first round of the playoffs of the Russian Volleyball Championship among men’s teams became known.
On the final game day of the Yenisei regular championship, I defeated MGTU (3-0), Lokomotiv defeated Nova (3-0), Gazprom -Yugra lost to Zenit from St. Petersburg (0–3), Kazan Zenit replaced the Urals (3–0), and Kuzbass did it in Belogorye. (3-0).
The four best teams of the Russian regular championship (Zenit -Kazan, Belogorye, Dynamo, Lokomotiv) directly reached the ¼ finals.
Eight more teams will play an additional round of the playoffs of two matches with a possible “golden set”.
Pairs of playoffs:
- ASK (Nizhny Novgorod) – “Zenit” (St. Petersburg),
- Gazprom -Igra (Surgut) – Dynamo Lee (Sosnovy Bor),
- “Torch” (New Urengoy) – “Ural” (Ufa),
- “Kuzbass” (Kemerovo) – “Yenisei” (Krasnoyarsk).
The first matches will be played on March 11, the response – the 15th.
