The Russian volleyball players of Tolok and Akimov became the owners of the EKV Cup

Russians Tatyana Tolok (Kadochkina) and Vita Akimova became the owners of the European Confederation of Volleyball (EKV) as part of the Italian club Novara.
In the final, their team defeated the Romanian club “Alba Blazh”. The second match of the final was held on Tuesday and ended with a score of 3-0 (30:28, 25:17, 28:26) in favor of Novara, which previously won the first meeting (3-1).
The fest was recognized by the MVP tournament, in the second final match she scored 22 points.
In Russia, the festival played for the Kazan Dynamo and Lokomotiv. Akimova also defended the colors of the club from Tatarstan, played for Sparta and Dynamo Metar.
Akimova moved to Novara in 2023, and Tolok – in 2024.
