The 2012 Olympic champion in the Russian national team Diagonal Dmitry Muserg signed a new one -year contract with the Japanese club Santori Sanberds. This was reported by the Santori press service on the official website of the team.
On May 5, Santori Sanberds for the 11th time in history became the winner of the Japanese Championship in volleyball among men’s teams, defeating Stings ITA with a score of 3-0 (29:27, 25:16, 25:22) in the final of the national championship.
– I am very happy to play for Sanberz in the 2025–26 season. I will do my best to win the Emperor’s Cup again! Many teams will try to take revenge. That is why we have a lot to do. The 2012 Olympic champion, as part of the Russian national team, Dmitry Muserg has been playing for Santori since 2018 and won the Japanese Championship with this team for the fourth time.
