Panathinaikos women’s volleyball: Nikologianni in green
Panathinaikos took on 23-year-old winger Asimina Nikologianni, who was signed to add another solution to the Greens’ specific position.
The planning of the Panathinaikos women’s volleyball team is ongoing and expected to be completed in the near future, with emphasis on the foreign athletes.
The Greens announced the acquisition of Asimina Nikologianni. The 23-year-old winger had great years with Markopoulos and Pannaxiakos and came on to add another end solution.
From there we remind you that Athena Papafotiou, Penny Roga, Irini Chatziefstratiadou, Natalia Metaxa and Maret Grothes have been renewed, while Martha Anthouli has also been taken over.
At the same time, two more foreign dates are added to the list, one extreme and one pivotal, while other moves come from the Greek market.
The announcement in detail: “Panathinaikos Athletic Club announces the start of its collaboration with extreme Asimina Nikologianni for the 2022-2023 season for the women’s volleyball division.
A great transfer addition for the ‘cloverleaf’ as it included in its potential 23-year-old Nikologianni, who played for Pannaxiakos’ team last season.
Despite her young age, Nikologianni has important performances in the volley league while she has also played in Cyprus (2019) and is expected to help the team achieve their goals.
Nikologianni told pao1908.com: “I am very excited to join the Panathinaikos team. It’s a club with a long history. I will do my best to defend the acquis and for the best possible European course. I can’t wait to experience this great atmosphere created by the Panathinaikos fans.”
