Comfortable wins for Olympiakos and Aris in the Women’s Volley League

Olympiacos had no problem in the 18th game of the Women’s Volley League against Pannaxiakos, who prevailed 3-0 sets. Aris beat Markopoulos 3-0.

Olympiakos easily defeated Pannaxiakos 3-0 in the 18th game of the Women’s Volley League, showing they are past Greek Cup exclusion.

The Red-Whites set their own rhythm from the start of the game to the final and never gave Pannaxiakos the right to threaten at any point in the game. Vilma Salas was the game’s top scorer with 14 points, Taylor Agost, who replaced Mariana Costa, had 11, as did Saskia Hippe.

Pannaxiakos had a lot of problems at the end of the phases with only 19% efficiency in attack, while the central Nikoleta Karafoulidou stood out with 9 points.

Aris is undefeated at home

Aris maintained his home unbeaten record in the league and stayed in 3rd place overall. The yellow-blacks struggled a few hours after being eliminated from the cup after the first set of AOM, which played its first match in the championship in 2022.

In the third set, Aris led 8-2, 11-3 and 15-15, but AOM reduced to 15-11 but couldn’t get any closer.
