Women’s Olympic volleyball: Stella Christodoulou in red and white for the 12th time
The leader of the Olympiacos women’s volleyball team, Stella Christodoulou, remains with the Red-Whites in her 12th year.
The flag of Olympiacos will remain on the mast. Stella Christodoulou will remain in the Red-Whites in her 12th year and will be the team’s main passer.
This is the first in a series of announcements to come from the red and white, who have almost completed their roster. Along with Stella Christodoulou in passport will be the talented Nefeli Hatzigrigoriou from Thetida Voulas.
Vilma Salas stayed at the ends and together with Winters and Genitsaridis they will form the trio. From there, Cat Bell will be diagonal, with Tsitsigianni coming from Panathinaikos to add a solution as both a second diagonal and a fourth extreme.
In the middle the trio will consist of Belgium, Olbrecht together with Giota and Emmanouilidou. Finally, Sofia Kosma is envisaged as the main libero, while Maria Antonakaki has also been taken on.
