Men’s Olympic Volleyball: Koumendakis is back
Raphael Koumendakis has returned to Olympiacos, the club have announced.
Olympiacos announced its acquisition Raphael Koumendakis. The international winger returns to Piraeus after two years at PAOK.
“I am very happy and grateful to be wearing the Olympic colors again. I am delighted to have the opportunity for the second time to work in a familiar environment with people I know, appreciate and respect. I am returning with all supplies , knowledge and experience from my previous tenure, ready to give 100% for the team. I thank the people of Olympiakos for their trust, I look forward to repaying them and together we can all achieve our goals.” he explained.
The announcement
“OLYMPIAKOS SFP announces the start of its collaboration with Raphael Koumendakis. The international winger (born 5/5/1993) signed his new contract and joins the squad of the men’s volleyball team. Raphael Koumendakis returns to our club, with whom he won a championship won and a trophy in 2018-20”.
