Ionikos – PAOK 66-69: Green spoke at the most critical point and gave the guests the double
After Phil Green sealed the win with a last minute big three, PAOK found it difficult to beat Nice and defeat Ionikos 69-66 for the postponed game of Stoiximan Basket League 11.
In a game that turned into a derby from the second half, PAOK clinched a valuable win and left Nice with the pink card, beating Ionikos 69-66 for the postponed game of Stoiximan Basket League Game 11. The hosts were without Giannis Athinaiou, who was struggling with an injury, while the Thessalonians were without Asili Toliopoulos. The difference came from Phil Green, Dikefalos’ most recent transfer, who set the tone for a second-half counterattack and scored the crucial last-minute three.
PAOK had the title of favorite of the game and confirmed it, even if it was difficult to sink the Nikaians further in the standings. The first scorers for PAOK were Green with 18 and Jones with 17 points, while for Ionikos German with 22 and Gondikas with 12 stood out.
The race
Ionikos’ start of the game was better as the Nice team played defensive defense against the visitors and made it difficult for PAOK to develop aggressively. The hosts, with German, Giuseppe and Gondika leading the way, took a five-point lead in the game at a time when Thessaloniki had an early problem with fouls. In the second ten minutes, the difference shot up in double digits up to 13 points, with Thessaloniki looking for solutions against Gondikas and German, going into the dressing room with a +9 difference for the hosts.
PAOK put on a very strong performance in the second half, running a small streak and getting close to five points. It took Ionikos nearly three minutes to score in the third period, which he managed with a Gondikas shot. From that point on, Phil Jones acted, doing it all on the ground and ultimately deciding the match with a crucial last-minute three-pointer, giving the biceps team the win.

Lakers player independently fixes dislocated finger during Dallas game
Los Angeles Lakers player Marcus Smart He described how he removed his finger during an intervention attempt and then reattached it:
“My finger popped out again, so I had to put it back in. I put it right back in. It was the same finger that had been operated on before, so it was a little scary, but it would still be fine.”
I sprained my operated finger and thought, “I don’t want to quit playing.” I quickly tried to set it up and if it hadn’t worked I would have left the site long ago. But I managed to get back into the game.
It’s part of basketball, it’s part of me. I’m a tough player, things happen and I want to help the team in any way possible, whether it’s with ten fingers or nine fingers,” Smart said.
While Los Angeles Lakers defeated Dallas Mavericks with a score of 116:110, Smart played 32 minutes and played with 13 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 blocks during this time.
Previously, Luka Doncic shared his feelings about returning to Dallas.

Doncic on returning to Dallas: ‘This will always be a special place for me’
Los Angeles Lakers star Luka Doncic He shared his feelings about returning to Dallas, where he spent 7 years as a member of the Mavericks.

It will always be a special place for me. I’ve spent seven years here and a lot of things have happened, both good and bad. When I went to Madrid at the age of 13, I felt good every time I returned to Slovenia. That’s why it will always be a special place for me.
Fan support? It was really special. I didn’t know what to expect because I know how the city responds to such cold weather, but I’m really grateful to a lot of people for coming.
