Datsik and Emelianenko fought again. The host of the strange fight could hardly contain his laughter

From the duel in the mini-ring, a dubious sequel with a familiar plot turned out. And what was this “circus” for?

The fight between Alexander Emelianenko and Vyacheslav Datsik left an unpleasant aftertaste. The rivals had been promoting the duel for months, and were at enmity for years – it was all over in a matter of seconds. But at least it seemed that this long-running story had come to an end. However, less than a month later, Phoenix and Red Tarzan fought again.

A strange fight ended a years-long feud.

Phoenix dream come true

The fight according to the rules of boxing between Alexander Emelianenko and Vyacheslav Datsik, which took place on September 24 at the CSKA Arena, ended in a confident victory for the latter. It took the red-haired Tarzan just 13 seconds to knock out his principled opponent.

Alexander was not satisfied with this situation and even in the ring asked Datsik for revenge. In addition to Emelianenko himself, it would seem that no one was particularly interested in the repeated meeting of the odious fighters. Too easy was the victory of Red Tarzan. However, Phoenix’s dream did come true, just a few weeks later he got the chance to prove that his defeat was accidental.

The meeting between Emelianenko and Datsik at number two again took place according to the rules of boxing, but the language did not turn to call this performance with elements of the circus a real boxing match. The rivals appeared in front of the cameras in training T-shirts, they had to fight for victory in a miniature ring, and the confrontation itself took place in fact in a sparring format.

The host could hardly contain his laughter when the referee asked the fighters to come to the middle of the ring. The middle of this impromptu “battlefield”, vaguely resembling a ring, was almost everywhere. To disperse in the corners, the opponents did not even need to take a full step. Emelianenko invited Datsik to shake hands, he agreed to greet the opponent. There seemed to be no trace of the former enmity.

“Revenge Failed”

The fight itself went almost according to the same scenario as at the CSKA Arena. Red-haired Tarzan rushed forward with branded “collective farm” blows. True, Phoenix managed to repel one of the attacks, Datsik was thrown back to the opposite end of the ring. But since it was not far away, Vyacheslav instantly returned and continued to beat Emelianenko.

Another blow knocked Alexander down, and if it weren’t for the ropes that were very close for a boxer of such dimensions, Emelianenko might not have stood up. The dimensions of the ring did not allow the defeated Phoenix to spread out. The referee brought the count to eight, receiving a hesitant nod to the question of readiness, and allowed the strange battle to continue. A few more seconds of indistinct events, after which Emelianenko limped, and the fight was stopped.

– I think it’s good. The revenge failed, the referee summed up.

The host said that the most important thing is that the guys shook hands after the fight. During these words, Emelianenko tried to lightly hit Datsik in the stomach instead of shaking hands, he met the attack with amazing calmness. In the end, everything ended really peacefully, and the story of the confrontation seems to have come to its final ending. Let’s just hope the fighters don’t come up with the idea of fighting in a phone booth or something like that. The strange sequel in the mini-ring proved that the fans will not see anything new.

What kind of courage is Paul talking about? He ran away in the first round and when he didn’t have enough strength to run, Joshua broke his jaw,” Chisora said.

“We do some construction. I invest a little in hot construction. There is a glass processing plant. And of course, some valuable papers, special cars. I am a little more interested in the business world than, say, five years ago.”
