Roy JONES: “Fury’s failure to fight Ngannou does not mean Usyk will beat him”
Former four-division world champion Roy Jones He doesn’t believe WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury’s (34-0-1, 24 KOs) performance against former UFC champion Francis Ngannou is a reflection of what the “Gypsy King” will do against Usyk.
“Tyson Fury prepared as if he was fighting an MMA fighter with no boxing experience.
He wasn’t preparing for a fight with a guy like Usyk or Ngannou who had nothing to lose and nothing to gain. Tyson had a lot to lose and a lot to gain, guess what? He lost because even though he won, he didn’t look his best.
His head is still outside his shoulders. When he can’t hit well, he comes back and makes up for it with a great performance. So if they think this means he will beat Usyk, they are wrong. It doesn’t work that way. Alexander did not prepare for the fight with Usik. “He prepared like he was fighting a guy with no boxing experience,” Jones said.
On October 28, a 10-round fight took place between Tyson Fury and former UFC champion Francis Ngannou in Saudi Arabia. Fury earned a hard-fought split decision win (95-94 Ngannou, 96-93 Fury, 95-94 Fury).

CHISORA: “What kind of courage are we talking about? This boxer did not go to fight for his country.”
British heavyweight boxer Derek Chisora He spoke harshly about Jake Paul’s courage following his fight with Anthony Joshua. In a debate with heavyweight Vidall Riley, Chisora challenged Paul’s argument that he showed courage by entering the ring.
“What Paul did was not brave. He did not go to fight for his country. When he went to defend his state at the front, that is courage.”
What kind of courage is Paul talking about? He ran away in the first round and when he didn’t have enough strength to run, Joshua broke his jaw,” Chisora said.
A big boxing show took place in Miami, USA, on the night of December 19-20, 2025. In the main fight, American entertainer Jake Paul and former world champion Anthony Joshua entered the ring. The fight ended in the sixth round – AJ brutally knocked out his opponent.

Ukrainian boxer Alexander Usik said that he invested the money he earned from sports into business life.
“I have a small business right now. I have a company called Ready2Fight that doesn’t just work with boxing. What do we do? As promoters, we can guide the athlete – legal decisions, managerial decisions. Find trainers, doctors. So create a team. We also do things for sports and equipment.”
“We do some construction. I invest a little in hot construction. There is a glass processing plant. And of course, some valuable papers, special cars. I am a little more interested in the business world than, say, five years ago.”
“Because I understand that I earn money and they also have to work, they just buy themselves some diamonds, gold or something and get high. I’m not that kind of person, I don’t really like to show off,” Usik said.

Magazine Ring released the updated ranking of the best heavyweight boxers. He was managed by interim WBO champion Fabio Wardley. Due to inactivity, Tyson Fury fell out of the rankings and Joseph Parker left the list due to a failed doping test.
