The football club “Rostov” was banned from registering new players. This decision was made following a House meeting RFS extension Dispute Resolution:

Oblige the club to pay the intermediary the arrears in payment of remuneration for intermediary services rendered and a fine for late payment of remuneration for intermediary services rendered.

Apply to FC “Rostov” a ban on the registration of new players as an interim measure. This prohibition takes effect from the date of this decision and may be revoked by the Chamber RFS extension resolve disputes at the request of the club in the event of fulfillment of obligations towards the intermediary Joint Industries Limited Partnership established by this decision.
