AC Milan were defeated 5-2 by Sassuolo on Matchday 20 of Serie A at the San Siro, with the Rossoneri missing a chance to overtake Atalanta in 3rd place.
Sassuolo threw a party at the San Siro on Sunday afternoon (29/01) against Milan, with Giorgos Kyriakopoulos’ team winning the 20th matchday of Serie A 5-2.
The game didn’t start well for the hosts, who conceded three goals (19′, 22′, 30′) from Defrel, Fratezi, Berardi in 11 minutes, while Giroud temporarily reduced the lead in the 24th minute.
In the second part, where he also passed the race George Kyriakopoulos, the guests won a penalty in the 47th minute, which Lorient converted to make it 4-1. It was Enrique who scored Sassuolo’s fifth goal in the 79th minute while Origi made it 5-2 in the 81st minute.
