The Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) has announced that Luis de la Fuente will take over as manager of the Spanish national team.

On Thursday, Luis Enrique left the post of head coach of the national team after the defeat in the 1/8 finals of the World Cup in Qatar from the Moroccans.

Sporting director José Francisco Molina recommended de la Fuente to RFEF head Luis Rubiales. The board of directors of the organization on Monday must approve the appointment of a 61-year-old specialist.

De la Fuente previously managed Athletic Bilbao and Alaves. Under his leadership, the youth and youth teams of Spain became European champions.

Ronaldo: “When you’re at the top, it’s hard to understand what’s happening down below”

Forward of the club “Al-Nasr” Cristiano Ronaldo spoke about his departure from Manchester United.

I don’t think anything happens in life. I love the challenges I overcome, because then I can understand who was really on my side. In a difficult period, you can see who is with you.

I haven’t had the best of times, first in my personal life, and then in my career. There is no time for regrets. Even the least pleasant moments are part of life.

When you’re up high, it’s hard to figure out what’s going on down below, and I often haven’t been able to. I feel I’m better prepared now because I can understand some things.

It’s good that it has improved.

Brighton have released their accounts for the 2021/22 season, revealing the record amount Chelsea have spent to compensate the Seagulls for Graham Potter.

Graham Potter took over as Chelsea manager last September, replacing Thomas Tuchel. In order for the Blues to take over the 47-year-old technician, they had to pay heavily to Brighton, where he was under contract. In order to even get his signature, they had to compensate the Seagulls with a record sum.

From the balance sheet released by Brighton, the amount that Chelsea have taken out of their coffers, which totals 24 million euros, has emerged.

This equalizer is a record in football history. It should be noted that Potter is also well paid by Londoners as he is paid €13 million annually.
