Due to financial irregularities, Juventus could lose 9 points.
Previously, the Football Federation’s Court of Appeal stripped the Bianconeri of 15 points, but the decision was appealed and the points were returned in April.
The Guarantee Board of the National Olympic Committee of Italy, which accepted Juventus’ appeal, has published documents explaining the reasons. Following the acquisition of new evidence, the federation has the opportunity to reconsider the case (including wiretap materials). The original charge remained substantiated, it was not challenged.
