“Too high praised both the players and the coach.” Mostovoy on the defeat of Dynamo from Krasnodar

Former Spartak football player Alexander Mostovoy named the reasons for the defeat of Dynamo in the match of the 1st round of the WORLD RPL with Krasnodar.

The Moscow club lost 1:3 at home on Friday. This match was the first official match for Dynamo under the leadership of the new head coach Marcel Lichka.

– The main impression of the game is that Dynamo lost. I think many, including myself, believed that Dynamo in the first match of the season, at least, would not be defeated. And most probably expected them to win. Because for the last week and a half, a lot of laudatory words have been said about Dynamo and Lichka. I think this played a cruel joke. Not in general, but in this meeting.

Both the players and the coach were raised too high. And then Krasnodar arrived, which was one of the best at the end of last season. Of course, some conclusions will now be drawn. But to lose 1:3 after all the advances is a decent blow, — quotes Mostovoy Vprognoze.ru.

On Match TV on July 22, watch the live matches of the MIR RPL Lokomotiv – Rubin (from 17:00) and Akhmat – Wings of the Soviets (from 19:55).

Bulykin named the position that Spartak needs to strengthen

Former Russian national football player Dmitry Bulykin expressed his opinion on how Spartak could strengthen during the winter window.

What kind of player does Spartak need in the winter transfer window? First of all, another goalscoring striker. They are already in a good position and can fight for the championship, but due to the atmosphere in the team there were disagreements.

Now we need a good coach who unites them with a single goal and task. If I were in Spartak, I would find another goalscoring striker in the winter and fight for the championship.

Amorim explains Casemiro’s surprise substitution against Newcastle

Mentor Manchester United Reuben Amorim he said he replaced the midfielder Casemiro during the 1–0 win over Newcastle United because he felt the Brazilian would “struggle” with the intensity of the second half.

Casemiro and Manuel Ugarte formed United’s midfield duo in the absence of Bruno Fernandes, who missed the match with a hamstring injury, but Amorim replaced the Brazilian with Leni Yoro in the 61st minute.

After seeing his number on the substitution board, Casemiro pointed to himself and was disappointed with Amorim’s decision to replace him so early in the match.

Asked to explain Casemiro’s substitution, Amorim replied: “At that moment I didn’t want to shoot [Матеуса] Cunho because he is the only one who allows us to be creative and I put him in position number 10. Jack [Флетчер] it was fresh and could continue, Manu [Угарте] he was cooler than Casemiro. In the end we decided to replace him because they were making a lot of quick passes and I felt that at that point he would have difficulty.”
