Mamaev opened a football agency

Former Russian national team midfielder Pavel Mamayev he opened a football agency.

I opened an agency in the Emirates to also work at a European level. In Europe there are agencies that do this: they receive authorization to transfer a player, they negotiate and, if the deal is successful, they receive a commission. If the agency does not satisfy the player’s request, it cannot have financial histories. After the agreement there are also no financial relations between the player and the agency. I believe this is 100% correct, such cooperation is mutually beneficial and no one loses anything from it. That’s why I had the desire to create my own project in parallel with my academy. The project is long term, I’m in no rush, so over time I’ll get to the way I see it. I communicate with some players in Russia, I would like to organize the possibility of negotiations with European clubs so that the guys can leave.

So far I haven’t publicized the opening of the agency much, because all my moral and physical weight falls on the academy. I don’t have the goal of closing a deal just for the sake of it and as soon as possible.

We only received the license in July. We are in a nascent stage.
