Earlier, the sports director of the Ural club, Dmitry Andreev, told Match TV that the Argentinean’s transfer to Lokomotiv fell through due to financial transactions.
— The topic of Vera’s transfer to Lokomotiv is not closed, but negotiations between the clubs, as far as I know, are not ongoing. We did not initiate the process, so let the Moscow club resolve this issue. The football player is resting, but Orenburg is not conducting any negotiations with the railway workers. If they really were going on, then I would be aware, but so far there are no contacts with the Lokomotiv administration,” Sport24 quotes Eremyakin.
Vera has been playing for Orenburg since the summer of 2022. This season, the 26-year-old midfielder has played 18 matches in all competitions, scored one goal and provided four assists.
