“Crapped from head to toe.” Lovchev called Juran’s accusations of trying to organize a “negotiation” as slander

Spartak veteran Evgeny Lovchev believes that journalist and insider Ivan Karpov slandered the former head coach of Khimki Sergey Yuran, saying that the specialist negotiated with Rostov on a fixed match last season.

Earlier, Karpov on his Telegram channel said that at the end of the 2021/22 season, Yuran offered the Rostov club to surrender the game in exchange for six points in the new RPL WORLD draw.

– He (Karpov) says: “10 people told me on the street, I crap Yuran.” I am a person who lived and played at a time when there were a lot of agreements. You can’t do that either, Wan. This is a respected man in football! And you say – 10 people told me, and you give it all away as the truth.

A few years ago, I was on the “agreements” committee headed by (Anzor) Kavazashvili. We were given a cassette to watch (in order to establish whether it was an agreement or not). Then the investigators began to work. They called someone. A man comes and says, “No, it wasn’t.” Then came the libel law. If we define a match-fixing, then we are slandering, we can be fined or imprisoned. Then Oleg Zhuravsky, who organized the system, asked how to determine? We have not determined a single match. And Vanya identified and wrote. Yuran was crap from head to toe, – quotes Lovchev’s words “Match TV”.

On Tuesday, it became known that Yuran left the post of head coach of the Moscow Region team. Khimki is in seventh place in the RPL standings.

INFANTINO: “If there was no FIFA, there would be no football in 150 countries of the world”

FIFA President Gianni Infantino He commented on World Cup ticket prices, saying they reflected “absolutely insane” demand for next summer’s tournament:

“We have six to seven million tickets and in 15 days we received 150 million ticket requests. So every day we have 10 million requests. This shows how strong the World Cup is.”

FIFA has sold just 44 million tickets in almost 100 years of the World Cup. So we were able to sell tickets for the 300th anniversary of the World Cup in two weeks. Just imagine. “This is absolutely crazy.”

Infantino also noted that funds from ticket sales would be reinvested into world football, but did not specify a specific amount:

“The important thing is that the revenue from this goes back into football around the world. If it weren’t for FIFA, there would be no football in 150 countries of the world. Football exists thanks to the revenues we get from the World Cup, and we reinvest that into football around the world.”

Previously, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer called on FIFA to further reduce 2026 World Cup ticket prices.
