Football player Lionel Adams found dead near a residential high-rise in Zvenigorod near Moscow. This was reported to the police.
“Near one of the residential high-rise buildings in Zvenigorod near Moscow, footballer Lionel Adams was found dead,” the agency’s interlocutor said.
According to preliminary data, the man committed suicide. A preliminary investigation has been launched.
The operational services clarified to the agency that, preliminarily, the footballer’s death was caused by injuries sustained following a fall from a height.
Adams was born in 1994, played for the youth team CSKA from 2012 to 2014, playing a total of 40 games and scoring 2 goals. The defender did not play a single match for the main army team. In Russia he also defended the colors of the “Yenisey” of Krasnoyarsk, the “Volga” of Tver and the “Kamaz” of Naberezhnye Chelny. He has one match under his belt as part of the Russian youth team (players under 18).
