In Russian football, under the current conditions, it is impossible to organize a conspiracy against Spartak Moscow, said Pavel Kamantsev, head of the refereeing department of the Russian Football Union (RFU).
– Do the judges discuss the anti-Spartak conspiracy? No. I will now explain why it is impossible.
Firstly, any conspiracy is always mathematically decomposed, ”Sports.ru quotes Kamantsev. – Secondly, we have created such a system that there are two options: either we are against conspiracies (and anti-Spartak, and in general any), or we are so cool that we do it live and fool everyone.
Look: all departments are separated, there is a system of rotation of judges, there are people who give marks, there are people who explain the decisions. All this is published, with video, as publicly as possible.
In general, we have created a system in which a conspiracy is possible only if eleven people agree among themselves. And they will do it publicly. Do you think it’s physically possible? Yes, and on a systemic basis?
– What would it look like in practice?
– Conditionally, hypothetically, imagine that I say to the judge: “This team needs to be beaten.” He asks, “What next? You will give me a bad mark, you will check me.
Suppose I say to him: “Come on, everything will be fine.” Again hypothetically imagine that I go further to the inspector, I ask him: “Inspector, give him a good mark.” Okay, the inspector gives him a good mark.
This is being reviewed by the Inspection Department. And he says: “Something the inspector is wrong here.” I go to the department, I say: “Listen, everything is right here, nothing is needed.”
Then the club files a complaint, says: “Wait a minute?” After that, I run between seven experts, who were also foreigners before. How does it all work? If there is such a conspiracy, it is at the level of a secret international government. I mean, it’s a very cool conspiracy. When, instead of leaving everything in one hand, we sprayed procedures, painted them, made everything public, and now we are plotting.
Well, suppose I go to everyone, I will agree with everyone, everyone will see this game. How many tours will I do? One? Two? Before Spartak achieves that I will be removed. And not just me, but anyone else.
