Bundesliga: Dortmund closes on Bayern, Stafilidis prepares for Bochum
Dortmund prevailed against Arminia and reduced the gap to Bayern to seven points, with less play in the Bundesliga title race. Eidracht defeated Bochum, who scored from an assist by Costas Stafilidis.
Dortmund did their duty towards Arminiaeven with the thin one 1-0 for the 26th game of the Bundesliga. The three points bring her seven from Bayern, less struggle and with a classic still in the 2nd round program.
Marius Wolf’s goal in the 21st minute was enough for Borussia, who had chances to equalize. Donny Malen and the goalscorer had the edge but were denied by the opposition goalkeeper Stefan Ortega Moreno, who was again favored Stefanos Kapinos. THE Zebastian Vasiliadis in the center of the guests, the whole thing lasted 90 minutes.
A key moment in the second half is the return of Erling Halland and Giovanni Reina from injury (again), a sort of necessity for the Westphalians who started without Rafael Guerrero, Marco Roy and Matt Hume.
In Frankfurt, the Bochum ahead but could not hold the lead. THE unity prevailed 2-1 and opened the difference between the two teams at five. Zebastian Polter opened the shot on goal for the guests after a foul Costa Stafilidis with filling. The Greek defender had an unlucky moment during the game when he easily kicked the ball at a guard in an away game in the 2nd half.
The hosts came into play strongly after the break and found two goals in the first eight minutes. At the beginning of the second part, Erhan Masovic – who was preferred by him Vassilis Lambropoulos– scored an own goal and in the 52nd minute Daichi Kamanda caused a surprise.

Musiala, Miller, Urlich and Neuer sang Christmas carols
The Bayern players dropped the ball and sang the song to wish us a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
In Germany, the campaign traditionally ends on the Christmas holidays. This gave the Bayern players the opportunity to escape from their everyday competitive routine. They wore colorful blouses to match the season and wished us a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
The German champion’s video featured Thomas Miller, Manuel Neuer, Leroy Sane, Jamal Musiala, Tsuppo-Moting, Tell and Sven Urlaich. Everyone happily sang birthday songs and shared best wishes.
Of course, as always, Thomas Miller felt most comfortable in front of the camera, and the video below is an irrefutable witness.

Bayern: “The door to the European Super League remains closed, our task is to strengthen the championship”
Bayern insist they have not changed their stance on the European Super League, stressing that it is the duty of clubs to support their domestic leagues.
The European Super League added another big no, this time from German champions Bayern.
Following the decision of the European Court of Justice that the creation of the newly created organization is not illegal, the announcements from the European clubs follow one another.
Bayern CEO Jan Christian Dressen assured that the team would remain true to its original position and emphasized that it was their job to strengthen domestic competitions.
Analytically:
“We have taken the decision of the European Court of Justice into account. However, this does not change the position of Bayern and the ECA that such an event would represent an attack on the national leagues and the structure of European football.
The Bundesliga is the basis of Bayern, as all national leagues are the basis for other European football clubs.
It is therefore our duty and our deep conviction to strengthen them and not to weaken them. We are also involved in European competitions under the auspices of UEFA.
That’s why I would like to make it clear once again that the door to the European Super League remains closed to Bayern.”
