Former Super League footballer and businessman arrested for cocaine possession

According to NEWS247, two people have been arrested for possession of narcotics in the Trikala area who have been under surveillance by authorities in recent days, including a former Super League footballer.
Two people were arrested with a quantity of cocaine in the area of Trikala on Saturday evening (01/04), NEWS247 reports.
According to trikalavoice, they are in fact an active third-team football player who had previously played in the Super League and abroad, and a young businessman who was previously employed by the police.
The two men have been under surveillance for the past few days and were “blocked” on Saturday evening at the E-65 toll road by men from Trikala Security and OPKE.
However, nothing was found in the check made on the car after they were taken to AD. Trikala found 90 grams of cocaine hidden in the businessman’s body.

A soccer player fell into a wall during the match between APS Patrai and AE Mykonos and was left unconscious

The game between APS Patrai and AE Mykonos was “marked” by the serious injury of a soccer player who collided with a wall and lost consciousness. He avoided the worst and suffered a dislocated finger on his left hand.
During the game between APS Patrai and AE Mykonos for the fourth group of the 3rd National League, an unpleasant incident happened when guest player Makis Papadopoulos was seriously injured when he collided with a wall near the touchline.
