The running backwhich is still the position more important in Fantasy NFLdoes everything possible to compete with her wide receiver as the most unstable position. Starting the 2022 season three weeks ago, we saw a infinite injuries, ruptures and failures in the running position. With all of these variables in mind—as well as the matchups, obviously—the Week 4 RB rankings see some interesting changes.

For now, let’s look at the most important news in RB. The main news: The King Henry is back. In Week 3, Derrick Henry led the Titans (@Colts in Week 4) to a win over the Chiefs with 85 yards and a touchdown. Should have finished with three TDsbut the Tennessee QB, Ryan Tannehillslipped a yard and the tight end Jeff Swain he caught a two-yard touchdown.

Along with Henry, who topped the 3-star list of the week, Nick Chubb (@Falcons) continues to impress. Christian McCaffrey (vs. Cardinals) looks to be back on top of the game. Y Dalvin Cook (vs. Saints) finally started, but suffered a shoulder injury. Cook could be inactive this week and his absence would pave the way Alexander Matheson became a key player against the Saints in London.

We’ll have full details on Cook’s injury early this week and expect more news as well David Montgomerywhose knee injury opened the doors for a second year back Khalil Herbert you’ll enjoy a very successful Week 3. Herbert (@Giants) had over 40 yards in each of the first two weeks despite playing less than 30% of the offense and posting single-digit rushes, but exploded for 20 carries, 157 yards and two TDs after Modi’s injury. it could be a The X Factor weekly if you continue to see more than 20 transfers.

James Robinson, of the Jaguars (@Eagles), has once again emerged as the clear-cut RB1 of this offense, which has gotten pretty good under Doug Pederson. Rashaad Pennyof the Seahawks (@Lions), remains the leader over intriguing rookie Kenneth Walker III. Cordarrelle Patterson, of Atlanta (vs. Browns), has little to no pressure from rookie Tyler Allgeier. Y Devin Singletary (@Ravens) continues to see the vast majority of bunts (18 in Week 3) in Buffalo. The only rookie to have caught his back field: Houston’s Dameon Pierce (vs. Chargers), who looks like a prime candidate to enter the Offensive Rookie of the Year conversation. All of these backs are in good shape to have a great Week 4.

Some backfields still have two RBs worth starting, including Javonte Williams Y Melvin Gordon III from Denver (@Raiders), Aaron Jones Y AJ Dillon of Green Bay (vs. Patriots), and D’Andre Swift Y James Williams Detroit (vs. Seahawks). We still think Dallas’ Ezekiel Elliott could be replaced by Tony Pollard soon (vs. Commanders) and wonder if Arizona’s James Conner (@Panthers) or Raiders’ Josh Jacobs (vs. Broncos) will continue to watch . the use of RB1 if they continue to disappoint. For now, think about all the bend the back even in the difficult matches of week 4.

Uptrend of more RBs: Rhammondre Stevenson, of New England (@Packers), overplayed (and overplayed) Damian Harris last week, but the Pats face a good defense from Green Bay in Week 4. Harris still has value, especially in standard leagues, but Stevenson appears to have a higher ceiling in PPR leagues.

Jets rookie Breece Hall (@Steelers) also outplayed Michael Carter, but both are middling picks against Pittsburgh. Chase Edmonds ( @Bengals ) had two TDs for Miami against Buffalo’s elite defense, but his efficiency remained low and he was unmarked by Raheem Mostert (eight-for-seven). Neither is more than a low-end flex this week.

Cam Akers (@49ers) and JK Dobbins (vs. Bills) had a rough week in Week 3 — and could end up being the workhorses of their above-average offense — but we’re tempering expectations, for now, against Week 4 defenses. Consider both flex backs in 12-team leagues, and that includes Darrell Henderson. In the same way, Clyde Edwards Hellaire (@Buccaneers) had a TD in Week 3, but with zero rushing yards on seven carries — same as Jerick McKinnon — he’s a low-end flex in a tough matchup this week. He has a bit more value in PPR leagues, but it’s clearly not a situation you can count on.

Ishmuratova – about appealing to CAS to remove biathletes: “The chances are low, but it’s better to do something than wait for manna from heaven”

Two-time Olympic biathlon champion Svetlana Ishmuratova told Match TV that the appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) against the exclusion of Russian biathletes from international competitions is unlikely to be satisfied, but we must hope for the best.

Earlier, the Minister of Sports of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Russian Olympic Committee Mikhail Degtyarev said that the Russian side would appeal to CAS on December 10 due to the removal of biathletes from international competitions.

Russians have not been allowed to compete under the auspices of the International Biathlon Union (IBU) since 2022.

— Will contacting CAS bring us a positive result?

“Of course, there are very few chances here, but it’s better to try to do something than just sit and wait for manna from heaven.” As they say, hope dies last – we’ll see,” Ishmuratova told Match TV.
