When the Washington commanders they used one 3rd round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft in Brian Robinsonthey did so by imagining him as part of a backbend alongside Antonio Gibson and JD McKissic.
At the time, it was expected that Robinson would have to fight removed Gibson from his role as a starter in Washington’s offense and that was supposed to be the biggest challenge of his rookie season. Instead, the former Alabama native found himself he is fighting for his life as the preseason drew to a close.
And it is that Robinson was victim of a violent robbery in Washington during which he was shot twice. As a result, he had to be hospitalized and operated on.
But when it looked like this episode would keep him out of the 2022 season, RoBinson was able to make his Washington debut much earlier than expected.: played for the Commanders in week 5just over a month after getting the two shots.
