SKA extended the contract with forward Galimov until 2026

Petersburg SKA extended the contract with striker Emil Galimov, the press service of the hockey club reports.

The new agreement with the 29-year-old striker is for four years.

Last season, Galimov played 49 matches for SKA, in which he scored 15 points (5 goals and 10 assists). Previously, the hockey player played for Ak Bars Kazan, Lokomotiv Yaroslavl and Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk.

SKA also announced the conclusion of a contract with defender Mikhail Pashnin, the term of the agreement is two years. In the 2021/22 season, Pashnin played for Metallurg Magnitogorsk, in 32 regular season and KHL playoff games he scored 12 (1 + 11) points.

    Detroit defeated Toronto 2-1 in overtime in a tense NHL regular season game to once again move the East into a tie with three teams tied on points.

    The Red Wings, Tampa Bay and Carolina each have 66 points.
