On the second lap, Roberts’ bike, which crashed earlier, was not removed from the curb in time, resulting in a red flag. I restarted anew, but nothing happened except that the turns were shortened to 11 (5 turns less).

At the start, Holgado repeatedly took the lead in front of Dixon, gaining many positions with González in fourth and Moreira in 11th, but it was Caneto who fell back in 14th. With five races remaining, Alonso overtook Baltas for third place, caught up with Dixon and Holgado, and after one lap passed his teammate with good pace. Baltus also left Holgado without a podium.

With three matches remaining, González and Moreira already finished in fifth and sixth place, eight tenths of a second apart. However, just as he reached turn 15, “Manugas” crashed, handing the lead to Moreira, who took the lead for the first time in the championship with two races remaining.
