Eva Hadava said goodbye to the national volleyball team. The 31-year-old winger announced her decision to retire after 16 years with the national team.
In detail what she wrote in her message: “After 16 years as a member of the national team, it’s time for me to say goodbye. 150 innings but I’ll never forget the first time in 2006 when I was 16 and shaking almost every point. I’ve always been so happy and proud to play for this team through thick and thin, successes and disappointments.
As the saying goes, all good things come to an end and for me the time has come to close this big circle that means a lot in my life with a good memory, qualifying for the next Euro 2023. See you soon!

Kazan “Zenit” reached the final of the Russian Volleyball Super Cup
Kazan “Zenit” defeated “Zenith” from St. Petersburg in the semi-finals of the Russian Volleyball Super Cup among men’s teams.
The meeting in St. Petersburg ended with a score of 3-2 (25:20, 25:17, 18:25, 23:25, 15:12) in favor of the Kazan team.
In the other semi-final earlier on Thursday, Lokomotiv Novosibirsk defeated Dynamo Moscow in four sets.
The final match between Lokomotiv and Zenit will take place on Friday, starting at 19:30 Moscow time.

Dynamo-Ak Bars volleyball players won the Russian Super Cup for the fourth time
The Kazan team Dynamo-Ak Bars beat Zarechye-Odintsovo in the final of the Russian Volleyball Super Cup among women’s teams.
The decisive match took place on Sunday in Kaliningrad and ended in victory for Dynamo with a score of 3–2 (25:18, 25:27, 25:10, 22:25, 15:9).
“Dynamo-Ak Bars” wins the Russian Super Cup for the second year in a row and the fourth time in history. This is the best result in the history of the tournament, Dynamo Moscow has three victories, Lokomotiv from Kaliningrad has one.
The current Russian Super Cup was held for the first time in the Final Four format.
