Spyriounis and Chandrinos scored, giving Milonas a 24-22 lead. Chandrinos lost serve for 23-24, but Protopsaltis also lost serve, giving the set to Milonas for 25-23 and the 2-1 set.

In the 4th set, Panathinaikos reduced his mistakes to avoid a draw and adventure against the stubborn Milonas. Raptis took a 9-5 lead with an attack and an ace. With Spyriounis, Milonas lasted until 15-13. Chandrinos lost serve (16-13) and the streak extended to 4-0 for 19-13 after two blocks (Jacobsen, Rangel) and an attack from Raptis.
