Men’s Panathinaikos Volleyball: Official Frangos in Green
The acquisition of Andreas Frangos has been announced by Panathinaikos, who are strengthening at the ends in view of the new season.
The 33-year-old (2.01 m) national player Andreas Frangos left Syros and Finikas and moved to Athens for Panathinaikos.
The Greens announced the acquisition of the experienced winger who, along with Kovar (if the transfer goes through), is set to form the duo at the ends of Panathinaikos.

“Panathinaikos Athletic Club announces the start of its collaboration with extreme athlete Andreas Frango for the 2022-2023 season for the men’s volleyball division.

Kazan “Zenit” became the winner of the Russian Volleyball Super Cup among men’s teams.
On Friday, the Kazan team beat Lokomotiv from Novosibirsk – 3-1 (25:19, 25:17, 23:25, 25:21).
Zenit won the Russian Super Cup for the third year in a row. In total, the Kazan team has a record 11 victories in the tournament. Lokomotiv took part in the decisive matches for the trophy four times, but were defeated each time.
For the first time in history, the Russian Super Cup was held in the Final Four format. All meetings took place in St. Petersburg.

The final match between Lokomotiv and Zenit will take place on Friday, starting at 19:30 Moscow time.
