“In the quarter-finals of Wimbledon, the match between Rybakina and Zhaber will be the most important one” – Selivanenko

Alexei Selivanenko, Vice President of the Russian Tennis Federation, member of the ITF Board of Directors, believes that the most fundamental confrontation in the quarterfinals of the women’s Wimbledon will be the match between the representative of Kazakhstan Elena Rybakina and Ons Zhaber from Tunisia.

– Six seeded and two unseeded tennis players made it to the women’s quarterfinals. Their most important match will be between Elena Rybakina and Ons Zhaber, who met in the final of last year’s Wimbledon, Selivanenko told Vprognoze.ru.

In other matches of the quarter-finals, Poland’s Iga Shventek (1) and Ukraine’s Elina Svitolina (wild card) will meet, American Jessica Pegula (4) will play against Czech Marketa Vondrousova, and American Madison Keys (25) will play Belarusian Arina Sobolenko (2).
