Panathinaikos – Finikas 3: 2: The Greens got up and won the tie-break
Panathinaikos beat a difficult opponent by beating Phoenix 3-2 in the tiebreak. With that he returned to the successes after the defeat against Milos, also with a point loss.
Panathinaikos returned to winning ways after losing to Milos in La Liga, defeating Foinikas 3-2 in the tiebreak. Thus, the Greens get two points and the Syros team one.
The green barely won the first set 25-23. Foinikas counterattacked from there and equalized the second set 22:25.
The Syros team was also able to take the lead when they won the third set 25:19. Panathinaikos found themselves in a difficult position, but responded by equalizing to make it 2-2 (25-11).
With momentum from the fourth set, the Greens dominated the tiebreak 15:5 and won the game. The leader of the Greens was Hernandez with 30 points, Frankos 17.

Volleyball players of Kazan “Zenith” won the Russian Super Cup for the 11th time
Kazan “Zenit” became the winner of the Russian Volleyball Super Cup among men’s teams.
On Friday, the Kazan team beat Lokomotiv from Novosibirsk – 3-1 (25:19, 25:17, 23:25, 25:21).
Zenit won the Russian Super Cup for the third year in a row. In total, the Kazan team has a record 11 victories in the tournament. Lokomotiv took part in the decisive matches for the trophy four times, but were defeated each time.
For the first time in history, the Russian Super Cup was held in the Final Four format. All meetings took place in St. Petersburg.

In the other semi-final earlier on Thursday, Lokomotiv Novosibirsk defeated Dynamo Moscow in four sets.
The final match between Lokomotiv and Zenit will take place on Friday, starting at 19:30 Moscow time.
